During the course of your employment, it may be necessary for us to change or revise the duties of your position, which the Company reserves the right to do in its discretion at any time. You are expected to work a minimum fifty hour work week consisting of at least five and a half days each week which will minimally consist of Monday through Friday with a half day which may include either Saturday or Sunday. This is intended to be a general outline of our mutual understanding regarding the Company’s expectations regarding the General Managers position.
The General Manager must be accessible via cell phone 24/7, in case there is an emergency or urgent matter. It is important that all calls must be returned within thirty minutes. If the Employee is compensated on an hourly wage basis, the Employee must keep track of all time worked for the Company, including time spent during non-working hours responding to work-related emails or telephone calls as required by the company
As a condition of employment, the General Manager is required to execute the enclosed employment agreement, with non-competition provisions.
The General Manager needs to prepare and maintain documentation and reporting as assigned by Company.
The General Manager must perform all duties and have a flexible schedule to respond to the needs of the Company and to address matters as assigned by the Company.
The General Manager may be charged with recommending employees for hiring and/or terminating employees, with final approval subject to review by the Company.
The Company shall continue to be responsible for all purchasing and payroll functions, but would appreciate your input and recommendations.
